Colin Stephenson was hired as the photographer to complete all the photography of the farming activity throughout the western cape. The shoots involved on location editorial portraits of the Farmers as well as documentary and editorial photography of the labourers hard at work the agri-processing facilities and in some cases the finished products produced. The final publication is a hard cover coffee table book encompassing the combination of editorial and documentary agriculture photography to really tell the success stories of these farmers.
