Furniture product photography
ProductsColin Stephenson Photography based in George in the Garden Route have done several product photo shoots for furniture manufacturers. Starting with a shoot in the factory of production process and details of tools to be used in marketing materials. Product photography of individual furniture pieces was initially done in the factory using portable studio lighting and backdrops. This allowed a photographic document of products as they where completed. In preparation for a trade show and for the update of marketing materials a professional studio photo-shoot was arranged in the Colin Stephenson Photography studio. The daylight studio allowed for natural light on the wood work to bring out the colour. Additional studio light lifestyle photographs of the products were done. Colin Stephenson has photographed several homes and interiors where client architecture, interior design and furniture features. These interior photo shoots focused on capturing the product in situ with a strong life style element. These included professional photographic interior shoots of homes, hotels and lodges in the Garden Route South Africa.
